Royal Spa Hotel, Velingrad

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The facilities and spa services were enjoyable, but the dining experience left much to be desired, especially with staff attitudes. While the room was spacious, it could use some updates to really meet a 4-star standard. Overall, it felt like the hotel was in a decent location, but some additional care in service and room quality could really enhance the experience.
